Codekutties is a live coding and math tutoring platform for children aged 6 to 16. We are a group of experienced teachers from Kerala who came together with one shared belief — that every child learns best when someone takes the time to truly teach them, one gap and one breakthrough at a time.
A good teacher can change a child's life. That belief is where Codekutties began.
Why we started
Between us, we have spent many years teaching — and the same thing kept staying with us. Capable, curious children quietly falling behind. Not for lack of ability, but because school moves fast, classes are large, and there is rarely time to go back and close a gap before the next chapter begins.
We wanted to give children that time. So we built Codekutties: a place where teaching comes first, where every session is live and personal, and where finding the gap matters just as much as covering the syllabus.
The team behind Codekutties
Codekutties was co-founded by Karthika — a teacher with an engineer's background. She spent the early years of her career in software, then made a deliberate move into education, where she found her real work. Codekutties was built on what she learned in both worlds: that children learn technology best when they're allowed to create, experiment, and get their hands on real things — and that this kind of learning should be within reach for every family.
